Facebook Pages that you “like”, comments that you make and even your picture can be used in company ads and promotion without your knowledge! So before anyone gets all up in arms I’m going to show you how you can shut the door on this privacy loophole.
How To Disable The Facebook Instant Personalization Privacy Setting
1. Go to Account in the upper right hand corner and select Privacy Settings:

2. Select edit your settings on “Apps and Websites”.

3. You will now see Instant personalization. Select “Edit Settings”.

4. If a popup screen appears, simply close the screen with the close button.

5. You are now on the Instant Personalization screen. Uncheck the box below the picture that states, “Enable instant personalization on partner websites”.

WARNING For Your Facebook Friends
If your facebook friends do not do this, your information could still be potentially used! To ensure that your privacy is safe, you should let your friends on Facebook know this as well. Your Facebook Comments, wall postings and facebook likes can be seen in your FB friends news feed or main page. If you want to lock your privacy down, be sure to let them know about this.

The Down Side To This Type Of Facebook Ad
Potentially Facebook users could leave negative comments or even remarks. This should make business owners and marketers pay very close attention to the quality of product that they provide and the service that they give.
